Individual taxpayer estimate. Includes standard deduction, 87A rebate, surcharge with marginal relief and 4% health & education cess. Not applicable to business income with special rates, capital gains, or non-individual assessees. FY 2026-27 slabs confirmed unchanged from FY 2025-26 per the Union Budget 2026-27 (pib.gov.in); last checked 25 August 2026.
Rates shown are indicative for FY 2025-26 and don't account for aggregate threshold tracking across the year. Always confirm the current rate and threshold before deducting.
WDV rates are indicative Income-tax Act block rates; verify the applicable block before filing.
Estimate the tax on a gain from selling listed equity shares or equity-oriented mutual fund units — the calculator classifies it as short-term or long-term from your dates and applies the matching rate.
Covers only: listed equity shares and equity-oriented mutual funds (STT paid) — Sections 111A/112A. Does NOT cover:
Assumes no other capital gains/losses in the year, so the full ₹1.25 lakh LTCG exemption is available. Rebate u/s 87A is not available against tax on these gains. Rates apply to transfers on or after 23 July 2024 (Finance (No. 2) Act, 2024).

Estimates your full-year tax (using the same method as the Income Tax calculator) and splits it into the four statutory instalments — so you know what's due, and when.
Advance tax applies only where estimated annual tax exceeds ₹10,000. Senior citizens (60+) with no business/professional income are not liable to pay advance tax (Section 207). This does not compute interest for a shortfall (Sections 234B/234C) — only the instalment schedule itself.
Source: Section 211, Income-tax Act, 1961 (carried forward under the Income-tax Act, 2025, effective April 2026) — a stable, long-standing statutory schedule. Last checked 25 August 2026.
Calculate the monthly instalment for a loan, plus a year-wise breakdown of how much of each payment goes to principal versus interest.
Standard reducing-balance EMI formula for a fixed interest rate. Actual EMI may vary by lender (processing fees, floating rates, rounding).
Estimate the late fee and/or interest for a delayed GST return, a late TDS deposit, or a late income tax return — pick which one applies below; late fee, interest and tax payable are always shown separately, never mixed together.
Late fee is linked to delayed filing of the return. Interest is linked to delayed payment of tax. These are not the same thing — filing late does not automatically mean interest is payable.
Late fee: ₹50/day (₹25 CGST + ₹25 SGST) for regular returns, ₹20/day (₹10 + ₹10) for Nil returns, capped by turnover slab.
Interest on delayed tax payment (Section 50(1))
Interest rate: 18% p.a. (Section 50(1), Notification No. 13/2017-Central Tax). Leave "Tax paid after the due date" at ₹0 if the full tax was paid on or before the due date — interest applies only to tax actually paid late, not to the act of filing the return late.
There is no separate late fee for GSTR-9C. Per CBIC Circular No. 246/03/2025-GST (30 Jan 2025), the late fee for the annual return under Section 47(2) is a single amount covering both GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C together, computed up to whichever of the two is filed later.
Late fee ranges from ₹25 to ₹100/day per Act (CGST+SGST combined: ₹50–₹200/day), capped at 0.02%–0.25% of turnover per Act (0.04%–0.5% combined), depending on turnover — computed from the due date to the date the complete annual return was furnished. Applies for FY 2022-23 onward; earlier years were covered by a separate, now-closed one-time amnesty.
Interest at 1.5% per month (or part of a month) from the date of deduction to the date of deposit, Section 201(1A). This covers late deposit only, not late deduction (which attracts a separate 1% per month).
₹1,000 if total income is up to ₹5 lakh, otherwise ₹5,000 (Section 234F). No fee if total income is below the basic exemption limit and you weren't otherwise required to file.
Statutory figures as of 26 August 2026 (GST late fee: Section 47(1)/(2), CGST Act; GST interest: Section 50(1), CGST Act; TDS: Section 201(1A); ITR: Section 234F). These provisions change by notification/amendment from time to time — confirm the current figure before paying.

Upload a bank statement (PDF, scanned PDF, photo, Excel or CSV) and get an instant summary: opening and closing balance, total credits and debits, month-wise figures, cash and charges, largest transactions and more — with a downloadable Excel file.
Statements downloaded from net banking (PDF, Excel or CSV) read most accurately. Scanned and photographed statements are read with on-device text recognition, which is slower and can misread digits — use a straight, clear scan. Most Indian bank layouts are supported; every result is checked against the statement’s running balance and you are told if anything does not add up.
